1 Introduction & Acceptance

12bag (https://12bag.org) is an online betting and gaming platform for Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 12bag and anyone who uses its platform ("Member" or "you").

2 Account Register

Creating a personal account is required to use 12bag's services. Each individual may only operate one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

What you need to provide during registration:

• Your full legal name (as shown on your National ID)
• An active mobile number (linked to your Mobile Banking/Nagad account)
• Date of birth (to verify you are 18 or older)
• A strong password

You are responsible for the security of your own account. Never share your password with anyone. 12bag will never ask for your password by phone or message. If anyone asks for it, treat it as a fraud attempt.

Withdrawal options may be limited if your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is not complete. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport to complete KYC verification.

3 Age Requirement & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and participate on 12bag. Any account found to belong to someone under 18 will be closed immediately, and all funds in the account will be forfeited.

To be eligible to use 12bag, you must also have the legal capacity to act on your own behalf and must not be a person legally prohibited from participating in online gaming under the laws or regulations of any country.

4 Deposits and Payments

12bag currently accepts deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

Important Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting or gaming purposes.
• You must use your own mobile banking account when making a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
• If you experience any issues with a deposit, notify the support team within 24 hours.

12bag does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transfer charges — this is outside 12bag's control.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests on 12bag are generally processed within 1 to 5 minutes. However, processing may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete or if there is an issue with your account.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit.
• The required wagering requirement must be completed before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• 12bag reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

12bag offers a range of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and more. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

General bonus terms:

• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement (rollover) — typically 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• The same person, device, or IP address may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• A minimum odds requirement applies to bets placed with bonus funds — typically 1.50 or higher.
• 12bag reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Accounts suspected of bonus abuse may be subject to investigation.

The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only and cannot be claimed more than once.

7 Betting Rules & Regulations

There are some core rules to follow when betting on 12bag. These rules apply equally to all members and are designed to ensure a fair gaming environment for everyone.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, the cashout feature may be used if applicable.
• If a match or event is cancelled, all related bets will be automatically voided and stakes returned.

• Odds changing after a score or situation is confirmed during live betting is normal — it is not an error.
• Bets placed on events linked to match-fixing or corruption may be declared void.
• In an accumulator (multi-match) bet, if one match is cancelled, that leg is voided and the remaining legs stay active.

8 Casino Terms

12bag casino offers Live Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, slots, and much more. All games are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be manipulated in any way.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, the round will be declared void and your stake will be refunded.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or game errors will be considered void.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 12bag. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using someone else's identity.
• Misuse of the bonus system (arbitrage betting, bonus brushing).
• Using hacking tools, malware, or automated bots.
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to harm 12bag's systems or other members.
• Creating an account using false or inaccurate information.
